Refund & Delivery Policy – Match the Hatch Fishing Flies UK
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your fishing flies. If you are unhappy with your order (or any part of it), you can return the flies to us for a no-quibble refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. You may also email an image(s) to richardmarkswift@gmail.com to effect a refund for a defective product.
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it, if your claim is not for a defective product.
Please always include your order number and date of purchase in any communications.
Refunds
When your return arrives (or an image is received via email), we will inspect it and email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund straight away. It will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the process.

UK Mainland Deliveries
For customers ordering fishing flies for sale in the UK, we use a Royal Mail Tracked service for fast and reliable delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–4 working days.
During busy seasonal periods or severe weather, delivery may take slightly longer.
International Deliveries (Europe & Rest of World)
We ship our fishing flies worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We work with trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL and TNT Express.
Our most affordable international service for smaller parcels does not include tracking.

Match the Hatch fishing flies are packed in a slim, letterbox-friendly recyclable package.
This means you do not need to be at home to receive your delivery.

You are responsible for return postage costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If we confirm the issue from the images you email to us, you won’t need to pay any return postage costs.
For returns valued over £40, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing postal insurance, as we cannot guarantee that returned parcels will reach us.
